Are Moustaches and sideboards back in fashion? Is it because of Comic Relief? Or is it just the influx of Immigrants or Eastern/Other Europeans? And now that men are looking more manly, is that why girls are looking more girly? I have noticed more girls wearing short skirts, panda makeup and beehive hairstyles. Are these foreign girls, or are the 60's/70's back?
