For example, anyone who has seen a panda would definitely think it's cuter than a warthog! Another example is how people see babies as very cute beings. On the other hand, I really don't think bald men with wide eyes and thick eyebrows, a goatee, and very noticeable ears can ever be considered as...well, cute. To sum it all up, here's a question: Why is Winnie the Pooh considered cuter (for most people) than Batman?

Generally, our standards of cuteness are based on the shape of our babies. Big eyes, round bodies, etc. It's built in so that we take care of all the babies we come in contact with, so our species survives. Kinda cold, isn't it?

the characteristics of an individual are what determines cuteness.
some doctors say its symmetry where one side of the face is equal to the other side of the face and some people feel that its how well you take care of your self. Some people say its human behaviors an some people would say that it is inherit genes.
there is not one reason but putting a bunch together would separate the cute from the uncute.
Simple explaination, if you really noticed all those cuter ''item'' are actually with common feature! they are more ''rounded''! If you noticed babies has more baby fats, make them more round, panda are fury with round features than warthog and so on... when human sees round and smoother features they precieved peace and harmony and that eventually lead to cute! ahahx
i dunno. it's kust the way we see things. like our opinion.
Scientists have found out the real definition of ''cute''. Anything that is vulnerable,has big eyes and a round body and is innocent, is cute. Got it???!!
