Try rebooting your computer. I know it's a hassle to start from the beginning. But some computers have the option to refresh the computers files to a specific day. I don't know how to find it, but I know it is possible. It happens in the rebooting process, somewhere, when if asks you if you want to reboot back to a specific date. If you have this option avaiable on your computer do it, and reboot back to the date when you last knew you DID NOT have the virus. If this doesn't help. You'll have to get your back-up disks and start from scratch. Sorry.

Fortunately you know the name of the offending file which means you can Manually remove it via the Registry. If you do not know how to navigate through the Registry then go to

www.bleepingcomputer.com and click onto Tutorials and then click onto Demystifying the Registry and hopefully you have a Printer to print out the Tutorial for future reference.
Try housecall on http://uk.trendmicro-europe.com/index.ph...
Probably you should take all that garbage off your PC, because they will be putting spyware on it for you. Then clean, defrag, get rid of the temp files and stay away from all questionable Websites.
Have you tried avast virus cleaner, you can download it for free at http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-virus-cle... ,hope this helps
Any computer infected by virus can be easily infected again and again. the best way to do it is build your defense before connecting online on the internet.
