well sweetie, (your questions are terrific, they make me smile so much) it might depend on how much you were really bitten. And also if they could get the panda to let go of your badly bitten up body. A lot of times, if a wild animal won't let go of what he or she (mostly females bite bady, as with all things in nature) is chomping down on, they try to sedate the animal with tranqualizer darts first. Sometimes it is necessary to put the animal down if it appears to have rabies or a disease. But most of the time, they do try to save the animal. And they do consider the circumstances too. If you were annoying the creature, from their point of view, then they would be less likely to shoot it. If, for not apparent reason, the animal attacked you, then the panda might be shot with a weapon instead of a tranqualizer dart.
By the by dear, I do like the part of your question that says "lets not bother why". It made me laugh. The possible reasons why are vast and very entertaining.
If you were badly bitten by a giant panda (lets not bother why) would they have to shoot it ?vista
I'm bamboozled.
If you were badly bitten by a giant panda (lets not bother why) would they have to shoot it ?antispyware
No - they are endangered so the zoo would change it's identity and it would move to Miami to save it from your marksman
