I am trying to install Panda Titanium 2007 and it says I need to remove PC-cillin first.?

I have gone thru the add/remove software and don't find PC-cillin. I have done a search and deleted files that had PC-cillin and Titanium STILL says I need to remove PC-cillin. I didn't remember having PC-cillin in the first place. How do I get rid of it entirely so Titanium 2007 will install. I have Titanium 2006 and had no problem installing it. Any help will be appreciated.

Click Start

Click Run

Type in Regedit

Move mouse over to edit

Click on find

Make sure the

Keys

Value

Data

boxes all have check marks in them

Then type in trend micro in the find box

now to the right anything that shows up trend micro or pccillin right click and delete

keep going until the message reads that the registry scan is complete

you may need to restart your computer

then once restarted, you will be able to install Panda.

you can't have to firewall software running at the same time you know.. all you have to do is

go to start%26gt;control panel%26gt;add/remove programs%26gt;remove pc cilin and add panda firewall and antivirus program
I have the same problem, but with my firewall. When I tried to remove that PC-cillin, Windows told me that needed the installation cd in order to uninstall the software. I'm still looking for the installation cd.
PC-cillin is a Spyware program that your computer picked up somewhere. You need to get a spyware/malware removal program to get rid of it.
