Sounds great! Wonderful stocking plan. =D I would add the gouramis next, then the panda cories as they will do much better in an established, "mature" aquarium. =) Be sure to well-plant your tank, as the gouramis will be much more bold if they know they have some hiding places to retreat to. Caves and rocks to hide under are also a good idea, and they're a nice way to accentuate your aquascape and offer some relief to the green of the plants.

The betta will be fine, and you don't have to worry about him and the gouramis fighting. They'll establish a pecking order and will leave each other alone. In a previous tank, I had a betta in with three male dwarf gouramis and 5 female dwarf gouramis and no one ever bothered anyone. I now have 3 pearl gouramis, one male and two females, in with a male betta and they get along just fine. =)

You're very welcome. =) Glad I could help! It was a very well-thought-out stocking plan, I could tell you'd done your homework. Let me know if you have any other questions. ^_^
